Hotellet / lägenheten byggdes 1977 av japanerna, under en tid då pengar inte var något objekt. De viktigaste byggnadsmaterialen är marmor och guldblad.

Rummet är en bra storlek, mycket större än ett hotellrum, du kommer att vara mycket bekväm. Utsikten är från 18: e våningen och i en riktning ser du bergen i den andra Stilla havet.

Du har 24-timmars betjänad parkering på $ 35 / dag, eller parkera gratis på gatan.

Dessa lägenheter ligger intill De Russey Park och De Russey Park Beach. Detta är ett mycket trevligt område där "Vackra människor" går. Det finns också gratis tennisbanor i parken med nattbelysning.

Det är en kort promenad till Hilton Hawaiian Village och Royal Hawaiian Pink Palace eller Sheraton Mona Surfrider; men det är också väldigt, mycket, trevligt att återvända till det lugna i denna lägenhet på Royal Garden och komma bort från alla Hoi polloi, och massor av turister och barn. Så du får det bästa av alla världar, allt inom fem minuters promenad.

Det världsberömda shoppingcentret Ala Mona ligger också i närheten. Busshållplatsen är 1/2 kvarter bort. Det finns inget behov av en bil. Denna lyxiga lägenhet är mycket trevligare än ett hotellrum.

"Lägenheten är väldigt härlig och ljuskronan är så elegant. Det är tyst rymligt, mycket bekvämt, funktionellt utrustat och tyst. Det är väl beläget, nära centralparken, stranden och alla attraktioner, med en pålitlig busstrafik också och från flygplatsen. Butikerna inkluderar Prada, Burberry, Ives Saint Laurent, etc. Det finns många restauranger. Om du behöver hjälp med att bestämma vad du ska göra kan personalen lämna rekommendationer. Denna enhet har en king size-säng i Kalifornien. Det finns också en nedfällbar bäddsoffa. Utsikten är på den mycket föredragna Diamond Head-sidan av byggnaden, som har havsutsikt mot Diamond Head. Denna sida av byggnaden har en mycket bättre utsikt mot havet och Pacific Trade vindar kommer rakt i den stora Lanai dörren.

Slept like I was at home

The Entire Island

If you are looking for a place to stay where everything in Waikiki is within walking distance but when you want to get out and seenthe sights you dont have to fight a lot of city traffic this is the place. Clean and comfortable and very quiet at night.

Great stay at Waikiki

This apt was booked for my parents. They loved the ability to walk to Waikiki and Ala Moana, appreciated the quality of the bed, and, while light sleepers, had undisturbed sleep all nights.

This place was really nice close to beach,shopping and river walk. This was are first time in Waikiki and had an awesome time. Room was very clean nice king size bed and tv amd small fridge and microwave, coffee maker. Front desk very polite and helpful. The valet parking guys were really great!! Do take cash to pay. I would really consider booking again.

It was in a good location and we felt safe. The condo might need some TLC as we noticed some things were very worn or broken. Everything functioned though and we appreciated our stay.

Great place to stay

About 5-10 min walking distance to downtown, the malls and all of the restaurants. Not the newest place but is great for being on a budget. There is a small view of the ocean if you stretch your neck off the balcony behind the construction work going on. The hotel held our bags for a all fee after checkout as we had a later flight. We were able to use their pool which is nice and had some well shaded areas but they would not let us use their towels as this booking was not booked directly with them.

Good location Good value for the price. Unit is tired and needs to replace wallpaper with clean paint. Time to replace curtains. They are dirty and drab and broken and take away from the whole place I think they are as old as the building. That said again the price and location were great

Nice little getaway spot!

We loved that this was close to everything, but seemingly far away from the busyness of Waikiki. Nice, short walk to the beach through Fort DeRussy and close to many restaurants. Accommodations were perfect and cozy for two. Nice view of the Ala Wai and peek-a-boo of the Pacific. If you have a car, download the app to make street parking easier and don’t choose an oversized vehicle if you want them to park it in the hotel garage. The only negative was the attitude of some of the desk personnel when they learned we were VRBO and not RCI. It was noticeable for sure. They didn’t even want to give me a single plastic bag to get ice from the ice machine.

Perfect

My wife and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. The room was amazing! It was the perfect size for a couple. Everything from a table to eat at, couch to wind down in front of TV and comfortable bed to sleep also in front of the TV. I would definitely recommend this place for any couple looking for a place to stay. Most everything was in walking distance. We rented a car and the valet service was amazing, always giving good advice where to go and what to see, also was crazy fast on getting the car. It was almost as if they ran to get your car every time. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you for helping make our anniversary so special!

Honeymoon

Comfortable condo awesome for a couple. Living area is comfortable as well as the bed. Walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, beach, and additional attractions and activities. There is a $40 per day to have valet parking cash which was not mentioned but you can speak with front desk to find out about other parking areas which are cheaper. Seeing the ocean from the balcony is a stretch but you can see the water. Staff in the building are very friendly and very helpful. All other amenities that are listed are available and helpful and clean. Paul responded quickly when we had difficulty with the key code on our arrival.This was a plus after we had spent the day traveling .We plan to return in the future.

Nice location - affordable

We had a great time staying in Paul's condo in Wyndham Royal Garden. Partial view of the beach. The unit is little old, needs some cleaning and remodeling. I found the hotel staff behave little differently with guests of condo owners versus Wyndham's direct guests/time share people - this was unusual as there were lots of good reviews in Yelp & elsewhere on how good the staff here are. Paul is very accessible & easy to work with. Tips: Do not rent a car if you are planning to spend most time in Waikiki area. For north shore, beaches on east & west etc, rent only on the days you need. Parking is a big issue!!!

Not what you think.

The front lobby and staff are a 4+ star, but the room itself barely rates a 3. The bathroom was too dark, with only one bath towel each. The kitchen didn't even have spoons. There wasn't a broom and sand built up each day from our clothing etc. We were there 6 nights walking sand from the floor into our bed sheets. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked fine. Location is OK too, but heads up if you think the lobby and actual room are the same quality.

Good. Not great.

Due to storms and wildfires, I had to rearrange my plans at the last minute. I didn’t expect a refund last minute but a little grace would have been nice. I also didn’t expect or appreciate a snarky, condescending attitude from the property manager regarding my travel situation. The unit was nice enough for what it was. Bed, sofa in front of the bed, big wall tv, dorm room refrigerator and a microwave on top of it. Parking was 40 per night. No other parking options readily available. Friendly staff at the hotel. The property manager could learn a thing or two regarding customer interactions by studying under the hotel staff…..

Convenient

This was a very convenient suite. Close to everything. Waikiki beach is within easy walking distance. You have a view of the canal. Staff here were very friendly and helpful. Greatly appreciated their concierge Nicole. She was so delightful. Her recommendations were terrific. If you are tired from a long day at the beach or touring I would highly recommend going to Island Country Markets for the best take out food. They have a great selection to choose from. They also have a nice wine selection. They are very close to the hotel. This suite is a nice size but it is in need of a good cleaning. Coffee mugs were very stained, the box spring did not align with the mattress and the exposed edge was covered in dust and dirt when we arrived. I had to take a Lysol wipe to clean it. The room could benefit from a good clean then it would be ideal. I would return if I was assured the room was cleaner.

Location was perfect

The stay could of been more comfortable and cleaner. The bed rocked as if it wasn’t probably set up correctly. The pillows were way to soft. I finally got to sleep on the third day and that was after using beach towels to prop my head up. The shower was disgusting. Every time we would cut the water on nasty stuff would start to come up from the drain. That experience was not pleasant at all. To top it off there’s a basket in the bathroom and I didn’t realize until the end that it was probably for our towels to go in for laundry. However I saw that the inside of the basket was a little dirty, turning a little dark gray and when I went to left the basket up there was mold dust all under it. Very disgusting!! I have asthma and I wondering why all of sudden I had started coughing the entire trip. Well that’s probably why! Other than that the view and location was great. Just an FYI, need to check your cleaning service. There not doing a good job.

We fell in love with this building when we walked in the marble lobby. It was like walking in to a fine hotel in New York or London. We had looked at many properties in Waikiki but this put them all to shame. We felt like we were living in the Hilton which is only a few blocks away. The unit had a similar view but was much larger that the $400 plus per night room we had at the Hilton. We liked it so much we bought 3 units for retirement. Two are next door to each other with the idea of connecting them one day. For now we have 3 kids and live in San Diego, but one day this will be our home.

We love Waikiki. My wife and I came here on a trip to Australia in College. I am from Australia and have never been to Hawaii and she is from Pennsylvania. We rode scooters all over the island and loved it. We knew we would be back one day and now we have a plan.

The staff in this 4 star Hotel are like family. If you ever need anything just ask and they are always so friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool and the Sauna.. Shopping and the best Food and markets are all right outside the door.
