Denna 3-sovrum och 2 BA stuga i Sparrow Pond-delen av Kiawah Island ligger 20 mil söder om den historiska och vackra staden Charleston, S. C. Stugan ligger i den frodiga avskilda delen av West Beach. Kiawah Island är unik bland barriäröarna, till skillnad från Hilton Head eller Myrtle Beach är kommersiell utveckling praktiskt taget obefintlig. De tre sovrum stugan sover sex i komfort. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och ett privat badrum med jacuzzi-badkar / dusch och en platt-TV. Ett annat sovrum har två enkelsängar. Det sista sovrummet har en dubbelsäng. Det andra badrummet har en rymlig dusch. En avskärmad veranda och en stor wrap runt däck ger gott om utrymme för besökare att njuta av. Den tropiska miljön inom en fem minuts promenad till den breda sandstranden är en idealisk miljö för familjens kul, ett lugnt tillflyktsort eller romantik. Sparrow Pond-området är relativt litet med en införd väg, vilket resulterar i lite trafik. Gemensam poolen är bekvämt beläget längs promenad till stranden och är gratis för Sparrow Pond-besökare. Golfbanan Cougar Point ligger inom gångavstånd. Milespår för promenader eller cykling täcker ön. Fresh Fields shoppingcenter är en två mil cykel eller bilresa från stugan nära ingången till ön. I mitten hittar du en mataffär, butiker, apotek, spritbutik, kafé, sportbutik, restauranger, medicinsk vård och mer. Bohicket marina är en kilometer längs ingången till Sea Brook Island och har en marina med full service samt fler restauranger och butiker. Se till att vara där vid solnedgången!

Wonderful getaway

The place was so clean and well decorated. We enjoyed being close enough to walk to the beach and how easy it was to get around. Delightful house and community, would absolutely visit again!

Excellent home for long weekend getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at this property. Very short walk to the beach and pool. Restaurants and shops are a short drive away. Would highly recommend.

Property was well equipped with everything we needed! Clean, and very comfortable. Love that there were bikes and lounge chairs. Would stay again for sure. Our dog Willy loved his stay as well.

We love Kiawah

This is our second time staying at this property and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. It’s a clean, comfortable setting with all the things needed for a beach vacation. The owner is very accommodating and available.

Great place in the heart of Kiawah. Loved being able to walk or bike anywhere on the island. Home was clean and well maintained. The bikes, beach chairs and beach toys were a huge plus!

Cozy, warm cottage

From the minute we walked in, we could see right away we made an amazing choice! Four adults two tween girls. We used the bikes, the beach and the community pool! The house was very clean, well equipped with things you sometimes don’t get in a rental. We were thrilled with this property, location and the owner. We will go back!

Beautiful, clean cottage!

We have been doing a mid-year get together with our adult children and their families at Kiawah for several years. This is our second year staying at Frank's cottage. It's super clean and updated. He has thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay (plenty of pots, pans, utensils, bikes, beach toys, chairs, towels, etc.) Just a short walk to the beach... We had so much fun and are looking forward to going again next year. :)

Perfect home

I visited with my mom and almost 2 year old. Beautiful, thoughtfully well-equipped home that could have easily accommodated more adults and children. Easy walk to the beach, even with a very busy toddler! The house was very convenient to stay in with a small child, and it was easy to make my baby’s bedroom dark for naps. We were able to close off the only set of stairs with a basic baby gate, and our toddler loved the wrap around deck. Quiet, beautiful and safe neighborhood. 10/10! We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful remodeled, immaculate home

This home is super clean and the pictures do not do it justice when it comes to the remodeling they've done...beautiful. Beds are super comfortable. The home, deck, screened in porch all very roomy. It's fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, lots of beach chairs, 4 bikes, a few boogey boards, various bags of sandcastle making toys, etc. We didn't use the pool, but we passed it on the way to the short walk to the beach and it is nice. The owner, Frank, responds very quickly with the couple of questions we had. We highly recommend and we hope to go back next year. :)

Wonderful Week!

I agree with another reveiwer who said the photos don't really show how beautiful this cottage is inside. Frank has really updated this cottage and it is a lovely, modern beach home. We had absolutely everything we needed and were so comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the layout of the sofa and swivel/rocking chairs in the living room for watching TV or relaxing with a book. Frank has thought of everything! We also enjoyed meals out on the screen porch. Frank is super organized and a great communicator. We were arriving the Saturday after Tropical Storm Idalia and Frank reassured us all was well with the property before we made our trip. We used the bikes every day too! Thanks so much Frank! We hope to be able to stay here again! This was our third time on Kiawah and our favorite place so far.

Fantastic stay for Kiawah Marathon and Golf Weekend

Frank's house was the perfect location and house for our family visit to Kiawah Island. It was very clean and stocked with everything that we needed for the weekend. We came for the Kiawah Marathon, and this house was a perfect walking distance to the start/finish line! Highly recommended to stay here!

Clean and quiet

This is perfect for a quiet relaxing trip for a small group. We had 5 in our family ages 18 and up. We had plenty of space for everyone. The best things I can say about this cottage is that it was very clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had all the appliances and cookware we needed and all were up to date. There were also various essentials in case you forget something. If you are looking for quiet, peaceful, and cozy, this is the perfect place. If you are looking for touristy near the action, this may not be for you. We unanimously agreed we would love to stay here again.

Great spot in West Beach Village.

Recently renovated and spotless. Close walk to the beach in a nice quiet area of the island. Easy access from the main gate. Bikes provided. Will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing!
