Välkommen till enhet D1104 på turkosplatsen. Turquoise Place ligger direkt på den socker vita sandstranden i Mexikanska golfen i Orange Beach, Alabama. Den här egenskapen är en förstklassig utväg som erbjuder förstklassiga bekvämligheter och är det mest lyxiga bostadsrätt på kusten. Våra 3 sovrum / 3. 5 Badlägenhet ligger på 11: e våningen i byggnad D (som är byggnaden med den lata floden) och har över 2300 kvadratmeter bostadsyta.
Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng. Gäst sovrum 1 har en king size-säng. Gäst sovrum 2 har 2 sängar i full storlek.

Den privata balkongen på 400 kvadratmeter har en utomhusgrill med handfat och badtunna som gör att du kan laga mat och koppla av med den fri utsikt över den orörda Mexikanska golfen. Balkongen är tillgänglig från vardagsrummet och sovrummet.

Köket har apparater för Sub Zero och Wolfe Kitchen ... Jag kallar det Dream-köket och det är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för att laga lite färsk fisk. Vi har plattskärms-TV i varje sovrum såväl som Master Bath. Den våta baren har en vinkylare och en ismaskin. Tvättstugan är rymlig med en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i fronten samt ett diskbänk.

I vardagsrummet har du en öppen spis i glas som slås på med en omkopplare och en 65 "HD-TV ovan. Om du kan föreställa dig att njuta av dessa bekvämligheter längs den vackra Mexikanska golfen skulle vi gärna välja att du väljer vårt hem hemifrån. Skicka e-post till oss med alla frågor du kan ha :)

We had a fabulous time! We had 6 adults and 2 young children. We all had plenty of space to spread out. The grill and hot tub on the patio are super convenient. The fridge has plenty of space. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay, but Jason replied within minutes to begin addressing the issues. Everything got ironed out, no problem! Would definitely stay here again for our annual visit to Orange Beach!

We had a wonderful time! Turquoise Place has wonderful amenities and the condo was great. Spacious, well designed and furnished, everything you need in the kitchen. Our host was great and super helpful.

Beautiful condo and amenities

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. The jellyfish were bad all week so we really enjoyed the pools, slide and hot tub on the balcony. The location is prime and the grill and the hot tub on the balcony was very enjoyable. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!!!!

Amazing Balcony

Everything was great for a birthday weekend!!! Having a designated parking space (right across from the elevator but hard to read the numbers) is a huge plus. The balcony outdoor space is awesome... just like pictured except the couch is navy. We didn't use the grill or hot tub (someone comes to check the water every day to make sure it is safe/clean but they are only there 5-10 minutes) so I can't comment on those but the outdoor seating was very comfortable. We had several issues with neighbors smoking pot and security was contacted. The master bed was comfortable. We did have an issue with the master bath outlets not working and had to call for assistance. They walked us through resetting the GFI receptacle (which is behind the master bath TV) and all was good. Communication was great with all parties. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Place

Jason, the owner was Awesome! Beautiful place, amazing amenities, and spectacular view! Only part that was frustrating was their Front Office, will not let you hang on the beach until the rooms are ready. Jason let me know that they are strict about early check-in, but I missed the email. The public beach is less than a quarter mile down the street, so it all worked out. We will definitely be staying there again.

Great patio

This location had a great balcony equipped with a grill and hot tub. We spent a majority of our time out there. The rest of the condo was roomy and as pictured. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful vacation in this condo. We always search for a condo with lots of outdoor living area, and this one was perfect! The wicker sofa was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day. We will stay again.

Tranquil

The Condo was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful and so roomy. We are already looking to book again. Communication was top notch throughout the entire stay. Highly recommend staying at this unit. Jason was super friendly and provided all the information needed for check in. Super easy and no hassle.The staff on property were extremely friendly. My grandson enjoyed hunting for the turquoise rocks hidden throughout the property. Fun for all ages.

Not Over the Hill

We had a wonderful 6-night stay at this condo. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed a relaxing day indoors when the fog was so thick that the ocean was barely visible from our unit. While the furniture wasn't the most comfortable, we enjoyed the hot tub! We picked this condo because of the hot tub and grill on the deck. It was a little disappointing that the grill wasn't working. Overall, though, we were very happy with our stay.

Aaaaahhhhhmazing!

Gosh, this place was gorgeous! Everything about it defied my expectations. The building is in a great location and is easy to navigate. There is plenty of things to do whether you decide to stay inside the condo or venture out. The unit itself was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with everything mentioned in the listing. Did I mention there was a tv in the master bathroom?!?! You can relax in the jacuzzi tub or in the hot tub on the balcony. It’s literally heaven. Is it sad that I’m already planning when I could come back? I loved it that much. 5 stars in every category.

A View That Never Ends

Very spacious

We enjoyed our stay at Turquoise Place. The condo was very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the indoor pools. Our only negative is that on our first full day the in unit hot tub required maintenance and drainage. We weren’t able to use it after this due to chemicals, draining and refilling. The temperature never made it back up warm enough. Very frustrating since we chose Turquoise Place due to this amenity.

First visit to Orange Beach

We had a great time!! The condo was wonderful! It was very nice. We LOVED the master bathroom shower because of its size. My kids loved their rooms as well. The hot tub was amazing. We were a bit disappointed that the grill wasn't working but we understood things beyond your control happen. We would definitely stay here again!!

Best family vacation condo we’ve rented

We book an annual family beach trip in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Pensacola, Panama City or Destin. This is the BEST condo we’ve ever stayed at - exactly as advertised. Beautiful, clean, and well appointed. Activities galore. Highly recommend.

Hi, I’m Jason! Epic Properties began years ago when I, originally from Ohio, settled in Franklin, Tennessee after college and bought my first condo in Gulf Shores. What started as one property quickly turned into a passion for creating a better, more personal way for families to vacation.

Today, my wife, February, helps decorate, style, and photograph our condos to give each one that welcoming, coastal feel guests love, and our daughter, Kaylee, manages the marketing and design.

We live in Franklin, TN, about seven hours north of the beach, and never miss a chance to head south to the sand. We now own seven condos in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, and I personally manage each one to make sure it’s well‑maintained and ready for your arrival.
