On the southern cape of Messinia, a medieval castle juts picturesquely into the sea like a pointed triangle, with the narrow alleyways and pretty houses of Koroni nestling against it. Two of the most beautiful beaches in the region border on either side of the town. To the south-west of the charming town centre, the fine sandy Zaga beach stretches along the coast and is followed by the fine Memi beach.

The Memi View holiday flats are located directly on this sandy beach, with spectacular private access to the beach. The complex consists of 4 slightly offset buildings with one apartment and one studio each on the ground and upper floors. 2 holiday flats and 2 studios are let through us, the remaining flats are let elsewhere. A small vineyard in front of the house and tall shady eucalyptus trees around the house complete the picture of this beautifully situated small complex.

The functionally-furnished Memi View studio is located in the centre of a secluded, flat plot of land bordering the fine sandy beach, in a quiet and idyllic rural setting. Private, rear entrance at ground level. The view from the small flat and the terrace extends from the blue sea and the fine Memi beach to the opposite Mani coast and the Taygetos mountains. Adjacent to the kitchen area is the open-plan sleeping area with 3 single beds and direct access to the beautiful terrace with sea views. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. The brightly furnished Memi View Studio is ideal for couples with 1 small child.

Only 50m separate the house from the fine sandy beach. Walking with your towel across the property to the fine sandy beach at any time of the day is a private privilege.

If you would like to spend your holiday with friends or in a large family group, then this small Memi View complex with its two flats and two studios is perfect for you. The nearby, picturesque town of Koroni with its lovely harbour, tavernas and cafés offers a nice change from the peaceful surroundings of this holiday home. You don't need to travel long distances to run your daily errands.

Of special charm, on the western side of Messinia, are also the towns of Pylos and Methoni.

Spacious room right next to the beach with parking space available. Brand-new and extremely silent a/c unit and good Wi-Fi. Given the location, having a car helps to reach the shops in Koroni. The communication before the arrival was efficient. On the other hand, the whole room would greatly benefit from a major renovation, especially the sub-optimal bathroom/shower (to be polite), the ageing furniture etc. In general, the only advantage is the proximity to the beach, if you are willing to ignore the below-average facilities that do not flatter the Greek tourism sector, despite the bottle of fruit juice and cookies from Lidl waiting for the guests.
