The flat is 500m on foot from shops and restaurants, bakery, Post Office, Parmacie and all amenities. The town centre and beach can be reached on foot from a gate in the residence in 3 to 4 minutes.
The flat is located in a very quiet residence at the end of a cul-de-sac in La Saline les bains, with no cars passing through. The terrace overlooks the residence's private garden. The town centre is a 3-minute walk away, where you'll find restaurants and bars, and the beach is 600 m from the flat on foot. A golf course is also approximately 600m away.
