The space

By bus TO all beaches and to THE TEIDE. The light-flooded apartment has been renovated in the manner of a loft. It is located about 80 m above sea level.

•floor-to-ceiling glazing towards terraces and sea, there are 2 sofas, which (could) serve as sleeping accommodation for young people ( up to 150cm or 130cm). There is a bistro square with 2 high chairs. BabyTravel cot + highchair CAN be booked.

The PANORAMA COOKING ERKER with induction cooker allows you to prepare your favourite meal with a relaxing view of the palm tree towards the sunset and bay.

There is A SHOWER ROOM of 170 X 170 m with rain shower column..

Through the first laundry room, guests can pass without hindrance from doors/locks
