Wood can absorb and release moisture (open-cell structure), so that the indoor climate is automatically regulated to 45–55% humidity. This creates a healthy environment and has a soothing effect on the respiratory tract.

The 112-square-meter, light-filled apartment on the top floor, with its ceilings up to four meters high, offers plenty of space to relax and feel at home.
