The Villa is situated close to the beach from Jomtien, just 5 min drive, The Villa is Free standing without any neighbors.
The refrigerator will be filled when you arrive with FREE cold soft drinks and 12 bottles drinking water.
The beds will be made when you arrive, 4 towels are provided on each room.
We have a daily cleaning service, our cleaning girls will come and clean the house every day for you and make up the beds.
Every 6 nights we will provide you with clean sheets and towels for free.
We have a taxi service to pick you up from the airport, cost depending on how many people.
Electricity is excluded from the rental price, the meter will be taken on arrival, the cost are 8 Baht a kWh that price includes water usage.
We will send you a separate agreement with more details about the Villa, and also the route to the house.
