The flat is located on the ground floor of a residential complex near the sea.
Outside, there is a 16 mÂČ terrace with a sunshade, seating and a barbecue. The complex has a communal swimming pool (open from the end of June to the beginning of September). A garden with trees and flower beds surrounds the pool. Parking is available in the central car park of the complex. Two bicycles for adults and one for a child can be hired directly from the owner.
The 53 mÂČ flat has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, and a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed (160 x 190 cm). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and an extractor hood. The bedroom and the kitchen-living room have an LCD TV with satellite channels. The flat has windows with Thermophane thermal insulation, sound insulation and blackout, air conditioning, ceiling fans and heating, a safe, a stereo system, a washing machine, free wireless internet access, a telephone (for incoming calls only) and an intercom.
The renowned seaside resort Scala dei Turchi, with its magnificent coastline and beautiful beaches, is about 1,000 metres away. The Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, with its numerous monuments and the Archaeological Museum, is 13 km away. The city centre, with its numerous shops, is only 1,000 metres away.
Transfers to and from the airport can be organised on request.
