The inviting attic apartment "Flensburger Möwe" in a charming old fisherman's house near the Captain's Quarter impresses with its cozy atmosphere. The open beams, the gallery, the fireplace and the view of the harbor create a special feel-good atmosphere. Despite the central location, the apartment is on a quiet one-way street.
With around 65 m², it offers the ideal retreat in its two bedrooms at any time of the year and is a perfect starting point for trips to the coast or a relaxed stroll along the harbor and in the pedestrian zone.
“Hygge”, the Danish word for coziness, is very important here. Guests seeking peace and quiet will find the right amount of relaxation in the “Flensburger Möwe”. The lovingly renovated fisherman's house from 1860 is characterized by old beams, so that guests over 1.80 m occasionally have to duck their heads. The location on a picturesque one-way street with a hillside on the east side of Flensburg Harbor gives the building a very special charm.
The two separate bedrooms offer enough space for up to four people. The half-timbering and the furnishings with real antiques add to the cosiness and invite you to linger, even in the cold season. The spacious bathroom with window and the modern, well-equipped kitchen for four people complete the features. Two balconies with a view of the harbor and the old town invite you to have breakfast or a relaxed sundowner.
The apartment on the top floor can be reached via stairs. The historic, steep and winding staircase in the stairwell does not comply with current building regulations, but is protected. It is therefore unsuitable for guests with walking difficulties.
A dedicated parking space directly at the house is included in the booking price. Dogs are welcome upon request and for an additional fee.
The famous Danish cosiness can hardly be better experienced than in the historic districts of Flensburg. The harbor and the city center with their large shopping street can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes.
