In the Italian municipality of Niederdorf in the beautiful Puster Valley in South Tyrol, you are welcomed by the cozy holiday apartment "Hofer Marianna". The 40 mÂČ apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, and accommodates 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV.
From the balcony of the apartment, you can enjoy the view of the village and the surrounding mountains. The garden of the house is also available for your shared use.
The Niederdorf spa park with Kneipp facility and children's playground is just around the corner. Several restaurants and three bars are located close to the apartment and can be reached on foot in 2 to 7 minutes. The nearest bakery is only a 4-minute walk (350 m) away, and the next two supermarkets are also within 5 to 6 minutes (450â550 m) walking distance. In the winter months, the ski areas of Toblach and Prags, just a few kilometers away, can be easily reached by ski bus. In summer, numerous hiking trails, such as the Dolomite High Trail, invite you to explore the beautiful landscape.
One free parking space per accommodation is available on the property. A washing machine is available on request and for an extra fee. There is a storage room for ski equipment and bicycles. A caretaker is on site. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.
