Townhouse overlooking golf course
Our elegantly-designed front line townhouse at La Torre has stunning views overlooking the 15th hole of the golf course. It is located in a quieter part of the resort, ideal for golfers or young families, being only 100 metres to two of the many children’s play areas and just seven minutes walk from the nearest of the resort’s 22 swimming pools, tennis/padel courts and petanque. Another eight minutes and you are in the resort centre, where you can wine and dine in a selection of bars and restaurants.
The fully air conditioned property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds which can be zipped together to make a super king-size bed, if you prefer. For families with babies, we provide a travel cot and stair gate at no extra cost. There is central heating throughout for those refreshingly cooler winter nights.
There's free Wi-Fi broadband available throughout the house and a telephone for free calls to other properties on the resort.
One bedroom is downstairs, plus a shower room, incorporating toilet, sink and bidet. In the lounge area there's a leather corner suite, satellite TV with UK channels, streaming services (Netflix, etc), a Bluetooth speaker, DVD player, game console (XboX), CD player and a collection of over three hundred DVDs, CDs, books and games.
The dining area, with oak table and chairs, has doors leading out to the patio, with its fantastic views of the golf course. You can dine alfresco or simply relax with a good book in the shade on the day-bed. The addition of glass curtains means you can benefit year-round from this terrace.
The kitchen includes a new oven, induction hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine, cafetière, air fryer and dishwasher. The washing machine is outside. For your convenience, we've added a water filter to the cold water tap, which provides bottle-quality water.
The main bedroom is upstairs, with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, TV, Xbox and iPod dock. Patio doors lead to the upstairs terrace, which overlooks the golf course.
On the terrace you'll find a table (with umbrella), four chairs, four sun-loungers and a barbecue; there's a further two lightweight loungers and four chairs for use around the pools or at the beach.
The upstairs bathroom includes a bath (with shower), vanity basin and bidet.
The townhouse has an energy performance rating of E.
Parking spaces are available on the property. A highchair and bedding for a cot are available for an extra fee.
