One side of the house contains the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a desk, and glass doors opening up to the pool area. Attached to the bedroom you will find the private master bath with two separate vanities a free-standing tub, and a walk-in closet.

On the other side of the house, you will find two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a shared bathroom on the left-hand side, and another private bedroom with king-sized and its private bathroom on the right side, which also has a view onto the dock and the channel. The pool area can be accessed from this room via a glass door as well.

This house not only has an exceptional inside, but also invites you to enjoy your vacation in the outdoors. Walking through the glass sliding doors you step onto the outdoor pool area, scoring with seating for up to eight people, and outdoor BBQ area for entertaining. Looking onto the water you have an unrestricted view because of the panorama screen.

The gorgeous pool with a table and attached spa surprises you with a special highlight. The front wall of the pool consists of glass, offering a view onto the water and nature while in and under water. The villa different Is actually the only home in all of Cape Coral with this amazing feature. When done with swimming you will also find a shower on the pool area to rinse off.

The fantastic southern exposure in combination with the view across the untouched Florida mangroves across the south spreader channel will have you experience the most incredible sunrises and sunsets you’ll ever see.

You will have plenty of space to sit and watch this nature spectacle on the huge private dock with its tiki hut and bar which will also provide shade whilst enjoying a drink on the water and relaxing, watching Florida’s birds and boats driving by.
