Villa 'ParaĂ­so Azul' with Sea Views, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Villa Paraíso Azul offers spectacular views of the sea and the Salobreña castle.



The construction combines Andalusian style inside and out, Ibizan style in the exterior columns, and Mallorcan style in the fireplace. It is one of the few houses in the area that still preserves its Andalusian essence, with NazarĂ­-style tile details in one of the bathrooms and on the access stairs.



The villa is located on a 900 mÂČ plot and the 140 mÂČ house, all on one floor, consists of a living-dining room, three bedrooms—all with sea views—accommodating six people, and two full bathrooms. There is air conditioning and heating in all rooms and the living room. The house is fully equipped, as the owners use it during different seasons. The owners and their children will welcome you, as they live in Motril.



Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a workspace, satellite TV and Chromecast for connecting mobile devices and tablets, a sound system, and a DVD player.



A cot and high chair are also available for guests.



The private outdoor area, with abundant vegetation, fruit trees, palm trees, and aromatic plants, features an infinity pool with sea views (8 x 4.5 m), gardens, terraces, porch, barbecue, and outdoor shower.



The property offers a covered garage space, parking area for motorcycles and bicycles, and free street parking.



Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.



The property encourages waste separation and provides containers for guests. It features energy and water-saving measures, and sustainable materials were used for insulation. Additionally, there is an extra water supply with two 1,000-liter tanks.

The owners (Inma and Antonio) are really friendly and hospital, and were helpful from when we made the first enquiry, right up to waving us off at the end of our holiday. Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful holiday here, in what is a lovely part of Spain. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

The heating of the pool is fantastic. we were there mid may, but the pool heated itself to 29/30 degrees. We loved it and will definitely come back Once again thanks Antonio Inma and Emilio.

Pros: This beatiful house is located on a hillside overlooking a vast area of sea and beaches, it's a view you'll never get tired of. The house is very nice and with a strong personal touch, it's surrounded by an orchard with olives, lemons and oranges and a beatiful garden with huge palmtrees and flowers everywhere. It makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. We spent a lot of time in the Mountains of Sierra Nevada end Tejeda and in the outstanding villages far up the hillsides, lots of good trekking to do. Beautifully clean and equipped with everything you could need. The gardens and pool were wonderful, a very warm and sunny week meant we were able to take full advantage of the lovely surroundings and the spectacular view. Pros: Our family loved our stay at Villa Paraiso Azul. The view is amazing - overlooking the Mediterranean and the beach of Salobrena. We truly felt on vacation and thanks to gorgeous weather, we ate every meal on the beautiful terrasse while the kids enjoyed the pool. The owners, Antonio and Imna were welcoming and very helpful. The house is comfortable with great amenities. It is located at the end of a quiet road and features lovely fruit trees. A plus is that we could not see the neighbors. I have already recommended the house to friends interested in visiting the South of Spain and we hope to be back - the sooner, the better!

It's really a little bit of paradise

The view and garden are super nice and peaceful . The owners are very helpful. The house is very clean and you will find everything you need, just need to bring your toiletries. The one thing that we were disappointed was the pool not being heated as advertised. We stayed in December and the "heated pool" was the mayor reason why we chose this place. They use a cover for the pool that kept it less cold but not heated. This place I'm sure is better in the summer.

We were met by Antonio and Inma (the lovely owners) who spent time to show us around all the facilities of this very well equipped house. There were extra blankets if it was chilly, heaters we could use if needed and a complementary bottle of wine. The garden and pool areas are lovely, a good dining table outside and various occasional tables and chairs which we used as the weather was good. The view is amazing and when it got chilly could still be seen from the lounge seated in 2 very comfy swivel chairs. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and would thoroughly recommend a stay here. Thank you Antonio and Inma.

Pros: We have just come home from a February half term stay at this villa. We were met by the lovely owners, Inma and Antonio. They showed us everything. The villa is very well equipped and comfortable. We were expecting the pool to be heated, but this was our error. Perhaps something lost in translation on the website? It was too cold to swim but the gardens are out of this world. The area was great. Antonio gave us some restaurant recommendations which we followed. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was very much higher than the run of the mill villa standard xx

Super Ferienhaus, genialer Ausblick - nette Gastgeber. Auch im November ist die Costa Tropical eine Reise wert - Temperaturen oberhalb von 20 °C ließen auch eine Nutzung des Pools zu. Der liebevoll gepflegte Außenbereich des Ferienhauses mit "tropischen" Pflanzen war eine grĂŒne Oase.

Pros: Het huis ligt erg centraal, zowel Granada als Malaga zijn binnen een uur te bereiken. Cons: Voor een echte strandvakantie is de locatie iets minder geschikt, wij hadden bewust gekozen voor een locatie die een stukje van de echte toeristencentra lag.

Huset var udstyret med alt hvad der skal bruges, og der var krÊset for det hele bÄde inde og ude, det var bare sÄ hyggeligt, ejerne af huset er meget sÞde og venlige mennesker, vi kan pÄ det varmeste anbefale det til andre. OmrÄdet er bare sÄ smukt, der er ikke langt til indkÞb, og oplevelser, vi kan anbefale en tur til Granada, videre til hulebyen Guadix, besÞge kystbyerne, besÞge grotterne i Nerja, ta en tur op til den smukke by Frigiliana, og meget mere, alle steder med afstande i bil fra 10 min. til 90 min. Vi siger mange tak for et dejligt sted at bo, til indehaver af huset Imna og Antonio Batres
