The holiday apartment Sunny Seaside Apartment is located in BenalmĂĄdena Costa just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by a 12.000mÂČ garden with tropical plants. The 50 mÂČ holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine and satellite TV.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a balcony (access from the bedroom) with views of the sea and the mountains as well as the shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a garden, garden furniture, a children's pool and an outdoor shower. One pool is available from June 7th to the end of August/beginning of September. Ask availability to the owner for other dates.

Pros: Exceptional location near the beach with beautiful sea and garden view. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. Many restaurants and shops are available in the neighbourhood including a mercado supermarket. A 15 min bus ride will take you to the center of Torremolinos. Benalmadena is a great vacation town with many attractions for all ages. Thank you Paloma.

Pros: we have just returned from two wonderful weeks staying at this apartment. it could not have been in a better location and the view was to die for. the grounds were spotless and maintained every day and the three pools were beautiful. the owner of the apartment was very nice and was on hand in the same complex if we needed anything. i would highly recommend this apartment and myself and my family will be returning next year:):):)

Pros: Paloma and her husband were fantastic very helpful went through every thing on arrival Some food in the fridge even took us for water from a local spring as it was a bank holiday on arrival and shops where closed They lived on site if we saw then they always asked if all ok but not intrusive at all just helpful even Brought us the local free paper in English for us to get local info great touch. I would recommend d this to anyone who is looking for a quiet holiday in a good location although the road outside was quite busy

Pros: We stayed at Maite I in a one bedroom apartment on the sixth floor. It was only 50 yards from the beach and there were plenty of restaurants & bars within a few minutes walk. Paloma & Jose were extremely helpful and they met us exactly at the agreed times, including the kind bonus of a lift back to the airport. Although the 3 Maite apartment blocks look tired and dated from the outside the apartment inside was very clean, spacious, neat & tidy. The view from the balcony was great.

Pros: This apartment is amazing and spotlessly clean, it has everything you will need for a perfect holiday. The balcony has brilliant views of the gardens and the beach and it gets the sun from mid morning to sunset. Paloma is the perfect host, she met us outside the building and took us up to the apartment and showed us how everything works and didn't leave until she had answered all our questions, she brought us the local paper in English the next morning which was a lovely touch. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough and we will definitely be back.

Pros: Fantastic apartment in great location; literally 2 minutes walk to the beach! Loads of eating places nearby and supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Prices much cheaper than in Uk! Apartment was very well equipped and was spotlessly clean on arrival. Don't be put off by exterior of building, as it looks very old from outside, but once inside was pleasantly surprised. Three good swimming pools, in nice gardens. Paloma is a lovely Spanish lady and was very helpful in answering my many questions via email before we went. Would definitely recommend this apartment for families and we would happily return anytime! Thank you so much Paloma; we had a great time!

The apartment more than filled our expectations, it was very clean and had all equipments that You need.We had the beach right before us, a lovely large garden and the location was perfect with bus on the corner, train station only about 20 minutes walking, many restaurants and shops just in the neighborhood. We even had a day in Malaga with that lovely owner and her husband, when they among other showed us a great place to have tapas and an other place to eat churros. We were showed many more things and we really enjoyed the day. Thank You Paloma for the great staying in Your apartment.

Pros: We were 5 young guys between 19-21 years old and we had a very nice vacation in Benalmadena. The apartment was fine, although a bit small. There is a great view to the beach and the nearby pool areal. It takes 1 minute to walk to the beach which is nice. It would be nice if people were allowed to play with a ball in the pool, and the rules for the pool were a bit too strict for young guys like us. The nightlife for young people in Benalmadena is very nice and there are clubs/bars/discos for every taste. The owners of the apartment are very nice, they even drove us from and to the airport without a fee - great service! Overall a really nice vacation in Benalmadena and defininately recommendable.

Pros: We arrived to Malaga airport at 24:20 and used taxi to get to the house. In spite of our late arrival, we were met by Paloma and Jose at the entrance of the house. We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks and definitely enjoyed our stay, apartment is clean and comfortable, everything was good and all that you need was in the apartment. Owners are nice people who lived just close to the flat and can help quickly when you need anything. Apartment is in a good area, with excellent views to the see, with the swimming pool onsite, house is near to the beach, shops and restaurants, we had a relaxing time there. We would definitely stay again in this apartment.

Pros: It is what it says on the tin! No complaints what so ever. When we arrived at Malaga airport we got a train which was very easy and cheap. Took about 20mins to get to BenalmĂĄdena then a short taxi ride where the owners of the apartment were outside awaiting our arrival. Apartment fantastic very clean and comfortable, excellent views and the swimming pool onsite was a bonus considering we were only 2min walk on to the beach. My partner and I have a 9 year old son who loved every minute of the holiday. Would we go again and stay in the same apartment? In a word.... YES!!!!! We felt amazing value for money and you can find lots of places to eat out cheap too.

Pros: We rented an apartment from Paloma Romero in Maite 1, September 2016 .Paloma and her husband were there to meet us when we arrived. They are a very nice couple. They took us up to our apartment #602 showed us how everything worked, TV, aircon, washing machine etc. They provided us with a map of the area, a bus timetable etc. They also provided us with a bottle of water. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything you require to have a lovely holiday. The grounds and the pool area were very well maintained. We would have no hesitation in returning to this apartment. Thanks Paloma for helping us have a wonderful holiday. Oh and the weather was fantastic

Pros: Very nice owners, unfortunately they do not speak foreign languages at all. You better communicate via sms. Stay is on the 3floor of a tower block, directly on a very busy boulevard with 4 drive lanes. Easy to get within 2 min. to the beach. Great beach. All needed facilities are in the stay also including extras like coffee tea and so on. We give this stay a lower review rating, because: a. there was at night always noise from the neighbors above and the boulevard; b. the equipment is a collection of furniture styles; c. the bed is very hard; d. the coach is dirty. If the owners upgrade the facilities to a normal standard and the at night the noise is no more present, then it is a good stay for the price.

Pros: We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paloma's apartment. It is in a brilliant location, across the road from the beach and the balcony has a beautiful sea view! The apartment has everything you could need, and definitely can't be beaten for value! This was our 3rd stay in Benalmadena and thanks to Paloma's apartment, it was our favourite! We are seriously considering booking with Paloma again, as I don't think you will find an apartment situated in a more perfect place, with such great views and all necessary amenities. Benalmadena is a lovely location, with lots of attractions that will keep you busy for however long you stay. There's a really nice marina 20 minutes walk up the main road, with lots of restaurants, boats and decent souvenir shops. Boat rides are great value for money, especially the Caribbean Lady (free bar & dolphin spotting!). A short bus ride into Torremolinos will get you to Aqualand, a fun water park great for all ages! There's a great selection of places to eat, and, if you're a little strapped for cash, most places have great value set menus. Overall, Benalmadena is a really nice place to holiday and you won't find a better apartment to stay in than Paloma's.
