This holiday home is situated in a privileged location on the seafront, next to the coast in the ArguineguĂn ravine in the southwest of Gran Canaria. Thanks to the new promenade that runs alongside the Resort, which links the two seaside districts of El Pajar and ArguineguĂn, you can enjoy the wonderful beaches of the surrounding area, Playa de Santa Ăgueda, Las Marañuelas and Playa de ArguineguĂn, in a matter of minutes. Newly built luxury semi-detached house of 120mÂČ with furnished terrace with table, chairs, sun lounger, armchairs and a wonderful private pool facing the ocean. The property has 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 beds (90 x 200cm) each, two complete bathrooms -the main one with bathtub and the second one with shower- with hairdryer, amenities, bathrobes, a living room with sofa-bed (2x80x200cm), SAT TV, safe, air-conditioning and a kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, ceramic hob (3 rings), dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, water boiler, electric juicer, egg cooker. In addition, the house has a washing machine and tumble dryer and we have a breadboard at guests' disposal.
The property has a large terrace equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers, armchairs and a wonderful private swimming pool (heated in winter) with sea views. In addition, the property has a free garage.
Special features: The property is located within the Cordial Santa Ăgueda Resort and you will pick up your key at the reception of the establishment. During your stay you can enjoy a large solarium with sunbeds and daybeds with a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean (accessible by stairs or lift). You can also enjoy a buffet breakfast (extra charge) in the Resort's main restaurant located in the reception area or enjoy a unique culinary experience in the restaurants El Refectorio de Agata, La Arroceria, Nami Sushi Bar or Oxean Bar.
