The Villa is located 50 km south of Alicante, on the Costa Blanca, in the Blue Lagoon / Villamartin villa district.
Outside the villa there are many seating areas, a terrace equipped with a coffee table with chairs, a covered pergola where there is a table, chairs and a large charcoal barbecue. There are comfortable sun loungers in several lounging areas.In the garden there is a private heated swimming pool with a salt water system and a garage with free bikes for guests.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a conservatory through which a door leads to the living room connected to the kitchen.
