The distance from the nearest cafes, bars, taverns , supermarkets and Ialisos beach is approximately 1 km. The area of Ixia combines everything; accessibility to the city of Rhodes, the beach which runs along its entire length and close proximity to the Rhodes International Airport.
The beach is one of the most organized on the island. During the summer season, it gets rather windy, which makes it ideal for Wind-surfing, Jet skiing, Water-skiing, sailing, parasailing etc. For those you that prefer to swim with larger waves, this location is the best! If long moon light walks and spectacular sunsets is what you would go for, then Ixia is the perfect choice for you!

The private garden with the amazing private pool is a wonderful get away from it all place to relax . Inside the house offers you 4 separate bedrooms, tasteful décor featuring traditional touches blended with the modern fittings to make your holiday comfortable and stress-free. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds.2 Bedrooms has ensuite bathrooms with bathtub .On the ground floor there is the living room area , a fully equipped kitchen and dining area .Our house is perfect for families or couples who will respect both the property and the neighbors, as the villa is situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Groups looking to party are not welcome.
