Newly refurbished,completely reconstructed, fully equipped and air-conditioned one bedroom apartment with absolutely unforgettable sea / ocean view and romantic sunsets over the sand dunes in distance.The apartment is decorated & designed to please even the most demanding guests, satén bedlinen cannot be missing. Used high technology as centralised air-conditioning, lights that can be controlled via App, 4K 75"TV or free Netflix. Free early check in or late check out are subject to availability. Strict cleaning and disinfecting procedure. Our goal is to make everybody feel homelike and enjoy maximum of their surely deserved holiday!
Monte Rojo is a quiet area close to various beaches (Playa de San Agustin, Las Burras or Playa del Ingles), not far from all the holiday hustle but safe distance to get your deserved relaxing holiday. Market with fresh veg and fruit, as well as local products every Thursday on the upper floor of the San Agustin Shopping Centre.
Walking distance to the beach, bus stop, taxi rank, hospital, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, shops, German bakery or anything you might need as hairdresser, manicure or just buying flowers for our love. The apartment counts on fast unlimited internet connection (WIFI, symmetrical optical fiber),Astra and Hotbird satellite channels, safe with digital finger recognition ( so you have no need to bother memorising another password), Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and of course specially designed outside shower to get a bit of refreshment while sunbathing on the balcony. For those who care about having a nice rest during the night, we provide high quality mattress covered with satén bedlinen.
