Located on the verdant island of Samos, the complex âMouzakis Villasâ was created in a natural environment that offers unique experience and true enjoyment, called Agia Paraskevi. It is a 5000 square meters property, standing on a low hill, overlooking breathtaking vistas of the Aegean Sea and the Turkish coastline. The exceptionally beautiful surroundings, the distinctive architecture and the site of the residences complement one another perfectly, providing ideal conditions for an unforgettable vacation.
Two furnished terraces (one looking the east and one to the west) will give you a welcoming atmosphere, as well as the perfect chance to kick back and relax. At the outside space of the Yellow Villa you will have the chance to swim at your own private pool, while enjoying the exceptionally picturesque and unique view of the endless blue of the Aegean SeaâŠ
The Yellow Villa has a surface of 65 square meters and consists of an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a dining and seating area, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The living room leads directly to a large furnished veranda, which offers panoramic view of the surrounding gardens and the Aegean Sea.
It has been decorated in a mainly blue and white island style, in order to highlight its natural light and architecture.
The private, for your exclusive use, pool is waiting for you. The vast greenery around the villa offers you privacy and serenity.
The Yellow Villa, suitable for 4 persons, is air-conditioned, features free Wi-Fi and cable TV and offers a roofed private parking space for your car.
