The holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Fabulous View and Accommodations

We loved our stay at this great property in Nerja. It is huge and has two spectacular balconies with great views overlooking the town right down to Playa Burriana. Everything is in A+ condition and we appreciated the cold bottle of wine waiting in the fridge. Of note, the hill is very steep, it comes with the awesome view! If you like steak, go to the Patagonia & Ole Restaurant just down the hill.Yum! We only had two nights here, but could easily stay a week!

Casa Petra - September 2024

We are very familiar with Nerja and always stay in the area where Casa Petra is located. It's a spacious property and was very comfortable for the three of us. It's on a quiet development and the pool is 30 seconds from the front door. There are two spacious terraces (lower and upper) which both command good views down to Nerja and up into the hills, both furnished with all the creature comforts required. Contact with the owner and local management is very easy and any queries are responded to very quickly. We are very likely to return to this property next year.

Sehr nette Lage oberhalb von Burriana Beach, großes Appartement

Pros: Wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge von der Terrasse mit Sonne ab Vormittag. Einfache Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Viele Möglichkeiten im Umland. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der netten Stadt. Herrlicher Pool und ruhige Lage.

Super Wohnung. Gerne wieder!

Pros: Die Wohnung ist einmalig. Die Sonnenterasse und der Pool im Obergeschoss sind spitze. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Maria und dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort Chris war vor und nach dem Aufenthalt supergut. Der Kühlschrank wurde mit einem Starter-Paket ausgestattet, so dass der Einkauf am ersten Tag ausfallen konnte. Sogar ein späterer Check-out konnte noch vereinbart werden.

Beautiful Views and a Perfect Stay

Lovely apartment with sea and mountain views, including amazing sunsets. Super comfortable, has everything you’d want. Kitchen is well supplied and you can cook up a storm should you choose to. Maria, as well as the property managers Chris and Anne, are super responsive. Apartment is close to bus stop (#18). The beach and restaurants are down a fairly steep hill. So remember you’ll have to walk back up!

Lovely apartment, beautiful views, comfortable and well equipped

Pros: We enjoyed a fabulous 3 week stay at this very attractive apartment. True to pictures and description, nicely furnished, very comfortable with beautiful sunny terraces where we spent most of our time Great location near beach, restaurants and shops. Great communication with the owner who was extremely helpful. Would definitely book again! Cons: We liked everything

Great X-mas holidays

We spent 11 days in this lovely well-equipped flat. Great view from terraces and very comfortable and cozy. We didn't miss anything. Weather was warm and sunny so we had breakfast on the roof terrace every morning. It is the ideal place to relax and also to explore lots of interesting places nearby. We would love to come back. EJ

Comfortable apartment in a quiet road

Pros: Everything was as stated in the description provided and the patio outside the lounge was comfortable with a lovely seating. Parking was easy to find outside and plenty of English tv channels to choose from if you wanted a night in. Very comfortable beds in both bedrooms. The location was good and the walk unto Nerja Old Town was about 20 mins with Burriana Beach about 10 mins down the hill. The closest large supermarket was 15 mins walk up the hill. The small swimming pool was close and the second very large balcony upstairs was a sun trap with four comfortable sun beds and another little table. Cons: There were no complaints about our stay.

Great apartment with spacious terraces and an amazing view

Pros: The apartment was very clean and came with all amenities needed - especially also some basic items for the kitchen. All rooms matched the description and were in great condition. The terraces offer amazing views and plenty of sunshine from mid-day all the way until sunset. The neighborhood is very quiet and offers quick access to the main beach as well as some supermarkets. We can only recommend staying there if you can.

Excellent property.

Pros: Great communication from the owner. Apartment is spotless. Great views from both balcony's. Cons: The Hill up to the apartment.... Very steep. Had to plan your day around it so you only came back up it once. Not an issue if you had a car.

The agents Chris and Ann left our welcome pack so even late at night when we arrived we had supplies!! And they were so helpful!!
