The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in a modern, typical local style and in a functional manner. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: terrace.

The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. view on the street Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available in a carport and on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Shopping 2 km, restaurant 400 m, town centre 2.5 km. Airport in Pula 80 km. Doctor, pharmacy, bank each 3 km in Umag. Childrenâs playground 250 m. In summer: Adriatic Sea 2 km in Umag (beach 2.3 km in Umag with lawn, sand, pebbles, rocks and bathing platforms). Umag: fishing, diving, boat hire, mooring each 2 km. Tennis 2.2 km, water sports 2.7 km, dog beach 3 km, mini golf, horse riding each 3.5 km. Golf 7 km.
