In an exclusive location, ideal for families or groups from 4 to 8 people and in a nice and lively position. The location, although quiet, is ideal for enjoying all the services offered by Bibione Spiaggia while remaining 250 m from the sea, a few hundred meters from Piazzale Zenith and only a few minutes from the therme.
The residence is a modern building consisting of 8 residential units, located in the central of Via Maja near the beach and renovated from top to bottom in the year 2019.
In all apartments there are two bedrooms, air conditioning system with inverter heat pump and a parking space in the condominium courtyard, moreover, available to guests free of charge Wi-Fi and a laundry room on the ground floor.
Airy three-room apartment located just 250 meters from the sea near the pedestrian promenade in the renowned center of Bibione Spiaggia. Completely renovated, this apartment is a welcoming holiday home composed as follows: the entrance opens onto the living area characterized by a lot of natural light, here in fact a beautiful glass door overlooks a large balcony or a lovely garden with its furniture, in the case of the apartments on the ground floor. The layout is typical of the open space living room with double sofa bed, a dining area with 6 seats and a modern open kitchen equipped with all appliances, like a large fridge with separate freezer compartment, a ventilated oven, a microwave, a water kettle and in general all the equipment needed to cook in the same comfort as at home. The sleeping area has two bedrooms, one master bedroom with a double and the second bedroom with two single beds. Finally, a large bathroom with window and a large shower cabin.
