The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family home built in 1990, was renovated in 2021 and is furnished in a rustic style. The property is located in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the valley from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: terrace and courtyard.

BaĆĄka. The holiday apartement is located on a open garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 30 m). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.

air conditioning. There is no heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
