The Mediterranean semi-detached houses are located in the beautiful residential area of El Paraiso (Campos municipality/ Sa Rapita area). The complex is in close proximity to the beach of Es Trenc.
A roofed and open terrace, as well as a private roof terrace with a sea view are available. There is also a small private garden and a very large communal swimming pool (including children's pool). The residential complex has a very spacious pool area.
The maximum occupancy is six people (four adults and two children) per terrace house. This modern terrace house has high-quality furnishings. A spacious and light-filled living-dining area with direct access to the terrace/garden, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate guest toilet and storage room are available. The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, oven, Ceran hob, coffee machine, toaster, electric hand mixer and washing machine.
