Flensburg's Nordermarkt is practically the culinary centre of the city, with everything you could wish for represented here. Excursions into the surrounding area are also possible without your own car. You can leave from the jetty of the "Alexandra" saloon steamer or from the central Flensburg bus station, which is just a few minutes away. With your own car, you can reach the numerous beaches in no time and you can also start a trip to Denmark, the Danish border is about 15 minutes away.
