Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for use: terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Dramalj. The studio is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
