The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. For shared use, the following are available: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Dramalj. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (wood/coal). Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. Television reception via satellite.
