Good spot and can ski down to a lift. Need to take a free bus to town (too far to walk).

Nice flat - convenient to skiing

We enjoyed our stay in the flat. Had all the necessities and was ski in and ski out which was very convenient. Wish there was a little more snow but this is nothing that could have been impacted by the flat itself. Driveway is steep so be prepared with proper winter driving equipment. Would recommend this and stay there again.

Nice place, hard to get to

The property is nice, well situated, a little small but comfortable for a 4-5 person ski trip. Only one bathroom, no toaster or microwave oven, so limited kitchen usage. Driveway is long and steep, owner needs to plow or shovel this because you cant get up it without chains or 4WD. Host was difficult to communicate with, seems to have limited English capabilities, and was not helpful.

Unfreundlicher Vermieter

Der Vermieter ist sehr unfreundlich. Auf eine Frage hat er nur mit “ich habe keine Zeit” geantwortet. Klobürste und Backofen waren sehr dreckig.

Schiurlaub

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und bequem. Wir konnten von der Wohnung zur Piste schin und wieder zurück.

4 person appartment, difficult to reach by car, strange communication

The appartment has a high quality kitchen and furniture but only 4 chairs, which is weird since it's rented for 5. The table- and cookingware consists of a pretty random collection of not so nice and/or not so useful items (few water glasses, miniscule cutting board....). We were not able to get up the very steep hill to the appartment with our car since they did not clear the road from snow and ice. When we told this to the agency we were basically insulted and blamed for bringing inappropriate equipment, which was also wrong because we were equipped with high quality winter tires and snow chains. To be fair, some cars got up that hill, but we also had to help another guest who got stuck on that hill so it's a gamble. Not being able to reach the appartment by car created a lot of trouble because we had to carry all our stuff up and down the hill, plus there's no free parking in Lech.
