Location: This beautiful newly built villa is in an excellent location, ideal for relaxing. The villa has a beautiful garden with private swimming pool (opening: from 01.04. to 30.10.). Dimensions: 7.30 x 3.75 x 1.32 metres). The villa is close to the beautiful sandy beach and the sights of Tuscany: an ideal starting point for excursions to the art cities, the fashion centres or the hilly countryside. The villa has a fenced plot with a remote-controlled gate, the garden is regularly maintained and is always a joy for children and adults alike. The unobstructed view into the distance ensures a feeling of well-being. In the garden there is a covered terrace with seating for all welcome guests, who are of course also allowed to barbecue. There is enough space on the property to park more than one car. Alarm system and WiFi are available.
