Location: Capezzano Monte Il Leccio is a beautiful, cosy, restored farmhouse in a wonderful secluded location on a hillside near Capezzano Monte, close to Pietrasanta. From here you have a fantastic view across the valleys to the Versilian coast with its impressive, kilometre-long sandy beach. The well-kept property is fenced in. The beautiful large property is only available to our guests. In front of the house there is a lovely terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area. The location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. Car park in front of the house.
Furnishings: The furnishings are beautiful and typical of the region. The living space is spread over 2 levels. Ground floor: a beautiful living room with fireplace and satellite TV, WiFi, kitchenette with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, terrace with barbecue. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds and access to a small terrace). Heating via electric stove, fireplace and gas stove. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Extra bed for the 5th person on request.
