With its privileged location on the picturesque hillside of Capezzano Monte, just a few minutes from Pietrasanta, Il Leccio promises unforgettable holiday moments. Not only does it offer breathtaking views over gentle valleys to the impressive Versilian coast and its wide sandy beaches, it is also the perfect oasis of peace away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A place that pampers both body and soul and where relaxation is a top priority.
The interior of this charming domicile combines traditional elegance with modern comfort. The living space is skilfully distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, a cosy living room with fireplace and satellite TV, complemented by WiFi and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, invites you to linger. An elegant bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue facilities complete the facilities and create an all-round feel-good package. On the upper floor, two stylish bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and access to another small terrace - promise peaceful nights. Extras such as mosquito nets, an electric stove and a gas stove ensure your well-being at all times. An extra bed for a fifth person is even available on request.
