Apartment in a country residence with private pool This beautiful country residence is located in the shade of olive trees surrounded by the scents of the old vineyard, where the owners' wine is still produced today. In the countryside (about 1 hectare) there are two independent and private units, both fully exposed with south-facing windows. The house presented here is comfortable, spacious and equipped with all comforts to accommodate 4-5 people. Its 90 square meters consist of a dining room with fireplace, a large kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and two bedrooms, one of which with the possibility of an additional bed. The shabby chic style prevails, thanks to the pastel colors that give a sense of tranquility to all those who stay there. The customers of "La Maison du Monde" have for their exclusive use the BBQ area, the solarium, the lovely jade-colored swimming pool and the English lawn. The car park and the automatic entrance portal to the countryside is shared with the customers of "La Dolce Vita"
Outside, guests have at their private disposal a large wooden terrace, a barbecue corner, a green lawn and a wonderful emerald-colored private swimming pool all made of tuff stone.
