For those in need of rest and relaxation in a summer atmosphere under the warm Spanish sun, welcome to Casa Verano Eterno, where summer never ends. A quiet holiday as a couple, with the family or with friends, however, as a sporting holiday, you can come to us for both. Our large Valencian-style villa with a modern touch provides you with every comfort. We want to give you the feeling of coming home to a cosy house and being immersed in an eternal summer. After all, on the Costa Blanca you have more than 300 days of sunshine a year.Our villa has 3 flats, 2 with 2 bedrooms and 1 with 1 bedroom, and there is also 1 separate bedroom with bathroom that could possibly be linked to one of the apartments.We therefore have the possibility to offer a comfortable stay to large families as well.In the spring of 2020, the interior has been completely updated and renewed and the garden has also been completely refurbished!

The estate boasts a beautiful extensive garden with several cosy corners for quiet enjoyment. Each flat also has its own terrace. There is also a very pleasant swimming pool, ideal for a swim or a refreshing dip after a trip or just to relax with a drink. The pool (9 x 4.5 metres) is very accessible thanks to a wide staircase.

The house is not rented to youth groups under 25.

The small beach is about 15 minutes' walk away. Here you can enjoy snorkelling and experience how clear the Mediterranean is. We provide snorkelling masks for our guests. The large sandy beaches of neighbouring Calpe or Moraira are about 10 minutes' drive away.It is also very nice to take an evening trip to one of the cosy towns in the area, both on the coast and inland. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and a pleasant bustle. In Calpe there is also a long beach promenade and in summer activities or parties are organised regularly. Afterwards, it is always blissful to return to the peace and quiet of Casa Verano Eterno.
