Pure relaxation on the Baltic Sea - who hasn't dreamed of their own house on the water? Enjoy the free view of the water? Feel the slight swell?
Accessible via the jetty, past other floating houses, this extraordinary/unusual 3-storey holiday home is located on a platform of 7 x 12 metres, at the very end of the jetty and thus in the middle of the harbour basin!
The surrounding terrace allows a first walk around the house. On the entrance level there is a comfortable bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. Water view is guaranteed, and from the parents bedroom one looks directly at the harbour entrance and the passing boats due to the floor-deep window ...
The upper floor can be reached via a comfortable staircase from the corridor area, and here is the living and dining area, the central centre for the whole family.
Here, too, the large window fronts also provide a gigantic view of the harbour basin and harbour entrance! The open kitchen, the dining area and the living area are integrated on approx. 25 sqm.
An even better view, among other things also on the sailboats and yachts lying in direct proximity, one has then of course from the about 12 square meter large terrace in front of the living area.
But the real highlight of these houses is definitely the 31 sqm large sun deck- this is enthroned over the whole house area and guarantees a 360 degree panoramic view over the harbour and the whole environment!
60 sqm living space and 58 sqm terrace areas are available in total - ideal for 2-5 persons!
