Flat "Berghof Turrach" with mountain view

Quaint wooden house at an altitude of 1260 m in the mountain village of Turrach, approx. 5 minutes by car (2.3 km) from the Turracher Höhe valley station (Turrachbahn valley station) and approx. 10 minutes by car from the Turracher Höhe.
Five minutes by car from the house is the free car park of the Turrachbahn valley station of the Turracher Höhe ski area, where you can also buy ski tickets for the entire Turracher Höhe ski area. From there, the entire Turracher Höhe ski area can be reached via the Turrachbahn valley station ski lift without any waiting times. There is also a cosy refreshment hut with a terrace at the valley station, where you can quench your hunger or thirst. This also makes it easy to get to and from the cable car without stress or waiting times. Directly from the house you can go hiking in summer or skiing in winter in the surrounding forests/mountains. Appropriate hiking maps for the Turrach area can be purchased from the caretaker.
The house is around 250 to 300 years old and was built entirely from wood. It was completely renovated between 2009 and 2012. A new roof and a new pellet heating system were installed in summer 2017. The holiday flat is located on the top floor of the house. The part of the flat on the ground floor is purely private and is not rented out. The holiday flat consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed ("Grand Lit" 140 cm wide), shower/WC and a kitchen/dining area as well as a sleeping alcove with a single bed. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is also a wood-burning stove. Television and WLAN are available in the flat.
Due to the increasing number of hybrid and electric vehicles, these can be charged from the house power supply (230V, 16 A) in the car park by arrangement. When booking, please indicate whether this is desired. The electricity charge for vehicles will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced at the end of the stay. The house electricity itself is of course included in the rental price.
There is also a terrace at the house itself. This can of course be used by the tenant.
The house has its own car park for guests' vehicles. However, it should be noted that in winter, due to the altitude of the house and the possible heavy snowfall, snow and ice cannot be guaranteed to be cleared from the car park or the flat entrances. In these cases, we ask guests to see this as a positive natural phenomenon and possibly use the "fitness equipment" snow shovel available to them. However, we cannot accept any liability for accidents.
The caretaker will take care of everything else.
Other large ski areas: Bad Kleinkirchheim approx. 20 minutes or, very nice, RadstÀdter Tauern (up to 2,400 m) can be reached in approx. 45 minutes by car.
