villa with beautiful view of the village, in the peace, in the heart of the wine growers Superb Villa of charm with 4 rooms for 8 people only for you with swimming pool heated from April till October situated in a residence of 8 private villas, in the peace with view on Taradel in 300 m of the village of Taradeau It has a pleasant stay American kitchen all equipped, dining room, a lounge with sofa, TV, 1 room reads 160 cm situated in the Rez of road, 1 shower-room in the Italian with toilet and 3 rooms in the floor: 1 master suite with 160 cm bed, TV, walk-in shower and toilet, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 cm, 1 walk-in shower room with toilet, study with sofa bed, library, board games, fibre-optic wifi, reversible air conditioning in all rooms, pellet stove on the ground floor. Outside the house you will find an enclosed garden with swimming pool heated from April to the end of October, pool house, petanque area, garden furniture in the shade, 8 deckchairs, barbecue, pool house, outdoor games, garage and 2 parking spaces. 1 km from the villa, free access to a 25 m heated swimming pool from April to October, entertainment, mini club for children, aquagym... in July and August 3 km from the Vidauban leisure centre and shops 30 km from the sea (St Raphael, Ste Maxime) and we are within a 45 km radius of tourist attractions (Lac Ste Croix, Gorges du Verdon, St Tropez, hilltop village, waterfalls...).
