Modern and at the same time cozy holiday apartment for a maximum of 4 people in a quiet location, with terrace, community pool and very close to the center.The apartment has an open living room with an open kitchen, a large bathroom with shower, a bedroom and a terrace. Just a few meters further is the communal pool with sun loungers, which invites you to sunbathe together as well as to play and swim.The apartment itself is modern and at the same time comfortably furnished, bright and pleasant.
Thanks to the large window / patio door in the living room, it is bright and pleasant, so you can look through it onto the terrace and go out, where you can comfortably enjoy the day in the green at a large table or on the sun lounger.
The living room contains a fold-out sofa bed for 2 people. The kitchen has everything you need for everyday use, be it cutlery, pots, cups or other cooking utensils. The kitchen is also equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave with baking function, coffee maker and dishwasher. The bathroom, which offers a lot of space, has a sink, toilet, shower and is also equipped with a washing machine. The bedroom with window has two single beds, a wardrobe with plenty of storage space and two bedside cabinets.
