Villa Bayside-Beach ligger på en tomt på 1100 m ² vid utgången av kanalen med utsikt över bukten i det bästa bostadsområdet Fort Myers Beach (cul de sac)
Du kan nå den fantastiska, kilometer långa vita sandstranden på några minuter till fots.

Huset, möblerat med kärlek och charm, renoverades först 2009 och har en sofistikerad atmosfär. De stora, översvämmade vardagsrummen erbjuder en underbar utsikt över den uppvärmda poolen och den tropiska trädgården.
Disken till det exklusiva, öppna köket med angränsande biljardrum inbjuder dig att chatta och dröja.

Boområdet är orienterat mot öst-söder. Den öppna konstruktionen, många fönster, färgerna och interiören ger rummen en solig, medelhavs-karibisk atmosfär. "Seaside" -stilen uttrycks av möbler av hög kvalitet i samband med dekorationen.
Du kan använda luftkonditioneringen för att hålla rummen på en behaglig temperatur eller använda de befintliga takfläktarna.

Det höga taket i matplatsen betonar den rymliga atmosfären. Huset är planerat i vardagsrum och kök med kakel (terrakotta / blågrå), sovrummen med laminat.

Det exklusiva vita högglanskök har fullt integrerade Miele- och GE-monogramelektronik. Kaffebryggare, vattenkokare (alla Krups), amerikansk brödrost samt tillräckligt med rätter, glas och bestick ingår också.
Den mysiga soffagruppen inbjuder dig att lata framför 50 "HD-TV.
Det finns obegränsad WiFi-anslutning för din bärbara dator.

Avsluta en trevlig semesterdag med en drink vid poolen eller njut av den romantiska solnedgången medan du promenerar på stranden.

Du kommer snabbt att upptäcka att du tillbringar större delen av din tid ute, inte inomhus. I trädgården hittar du vackra palmer, citrusträd och färgglada blommor.
På sommaren kan du skörda underbara frukter från det stora mangoträdet.
På den stora, täckta terrassen finns det en ädel uppsättning med 6 stolar. Det finns tillräckligt med skugga här på eftermiddagen.

Poolen är tillräckligt stor för att släppa ut ångan i den. Koppla sedan av på våra fyra bekväma solstolar medan du solar eller i skuggan av palmerna. Njut av den fria utsikten över bukten med mangroveöarna och se delfinerna spela.
Efter solnedgången kan du njuta av Floridas tropiska värme vid den färgstarka upplysta poolen. "Riktiga" amerikanska biffar sizzar på grillen för en oförglömlig middag ..... efteråt unna dig en drink under den fantastiska stjärnhimlen ...... en upplevelse!

The nicest house in Fort Myers Beach

I can very much recommend you to rent this house if you want a tasteful, clean and cosy house with a lot of "extras" such as nice bed linen, towels, bicycles for free, play toys for the pool, dvd films, beautiful views from the garden etc. The owners are very nice and called us two times during our stay, just to hear that everything was OK. You can tell it is not only a rental house, due to the many details in the decor etc, something that we appreciated a lot. We experienced some parts of Fort Myers beach to be somewhat "alternative" (free spirits/bikers drinking beer, showing off their "nice" tatoo on their almost naked bodies) especially on the northern down town part of the island. We very much preferred the area where this house is situated; nice beaches, marinas, streets with friendly people and near food store. Don´t miss a day trip to Lover´s Key! Finally, I would like to say that we tried to book the house again for next X-mas holiday (2013/2014) but realised that we have to be very early to get a week, it is booked until April 2014!! Amazing and peaceful stay

This property is so comfortable and beautifully decorated that it was hard to leave. Outdoors included an inviting pool and wonderful landscaping. The flowers were so beautiful. We were able to see a dolphin swim up the canal. The home included everything you could possibly need. We will miss this property and hope we will be able to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Amazing house on the canal in Fort Meyers Beach

We had the best vacation ever. This rental was absolutely beautiful. There is nothing bad to say about this house. The location, cleanliness of the home, outdoor grounds, accommodations, pool, amenities, etc., was beyond what we could have expected. The house was stocked with everything we could ever need above and beyond!! Every day we saw dolphins swimming by the canal, we also saw a manatee and a sea turtle! This was one vacation we never wanted to end and were sad to leave! We hope to come back and rent again! Thank you for everything!!!!!

Great house!

Loved our stay at this home! Super clean and beautifully furnished! The kitchen had everything you could ever want! We especially enjoyed the pool table and of course the outdoor pool. Bedrooms are spacious and each has its own bathroom. Property manager and the owner were super responsive. One thing to be aware of, which was disclosed ahead of time, is that even though the house has three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps six, the price advertised is for 4 people. We had to pay extra for a fifth person. Also be aware that the fed is in Euros and you will have to pay a conversion fee. Even so, I would definitely stay here again.

Mayhem in Ft Myers

Terrible experience not sure where to start I guess the beginning. First of all property manager sent his wife the second day because we arrived at the property at 9 pm . We had to wait on her that day which cut into our beach time. And unfortunately she knew little to nothing about the property. Then the refrigerator wasn’t working, I called the owner she cried I had to calm her down. She went on about I’m so sorry you don’t like my property. After calming her down and explaining that it’s the refrigerator we need fixed (because ice cream was melting) she said what to you want me to do? I responded by please call a repair man. She assured me that there was never a complaint regarding the refrigerator. She did call sears and sears came out and said that they contacted the insurance (American something) the insurance according to the sears guy said they had replaced so much they would just replace the entire refrigerator. That was the last we heard and had to deal with the refrigerator not freezing or staying cold enough. We had to wait on sears to come which wasted yet another beach day! Then the dishwasher didn’t work the owner nor the property manager was able to explain how to get it to work. My husband figured it out and you do have to flip the electric switch behind the dishwasher. However it still did not drain . Then the air conditioning would not keep the house under 80 degrees with all doors and curtains closed. My husband is a professional HAVAC guy and the issue is the unit is to small for the house. I tried to help the owner out and let her knows this, however she got upset again. JUST WHEN YOU THINK IT COULDNT GET WORSE!!! The neighbor yelled at us and threatened to SHOOT US. YES I SAID SHOOT US!!! I called the police of coarse they came out and told me there’s nothing they can do. Yes there’s a police report which is public record. This happened the 2 nights prior to our departure. We had one night in between we had to stay after the DEATH THREAT! We stayed up late to be aware of the neighbor. We told the property manager this he made fun of us. We told the owners of this and were brushed off! We wanted to get out fast the last day and to the airport and safe. There’s a cleaning fee at the end of 200 so I told them to keep my 500 deposit. Since this we have been harassed by the male property owner demanding another 1000 for cleaning fee. I took pics and video on our departure.

Beautiful Property

This property is well kept inside and out. The open pool area and landscaping are beautiful and spacious so we spent much of our time there. The salt water pool is superior to chlorine and the lounging chairs were very comfortable. The kitchen was amply stocked with everything we needed and the bathrooms were clean. Having the option to close off the area underneath the balcony in the back is very helpful when it rains hard. The only drawback was some extra fees associated with cleaning and electricity use that weren't in the original booking amount.

Lovely clean home with many amenities!

As far as the home, this home was perfect. Lovely landscape, pool, dock and canal. We were cut short of our vacation as this world pandemic closed all beaches, restaurants, etc. We made the best of our stay as the weather was perfect! Would definitely rent again.

Perfect

This home is an unbelievably perfect combination of a great house, immaculate decorating, a quiet neighborhood, and an ideal location. Located within a bike-ride of the beach and several restaurants, this is a convenient place to stay. The house is so warm and inviting that you'll be tempted to stay in. We made day-trips and ended each night eating fresh seafood in the fully-equipped kitchen. There is a nice room with a large TV where we caught up on movies together, and a nice table in the screened-in porch where we sat rain or shine. One of our day trips was a fishing trip with Day 5 Charters and we got picked up directly behind the house on the canal. Another day trip, we went to the Beach Theater, an eat-in movie theater, with surprisingly good meals and drinks. Not cheap, but reasonable. With 5 bikes, it was easy to get to the beach. You can also take a bike all the way to Times Square to avoid the $6 car parking fee. If you go to Times Square, consider eating at Smokin Oyster Brewery. Good bar with great seafood. We can't compliment the owners enough for making such a wonderful home. This would be our first choice if we go back to Fort Meyer's Beach.

Lovely home on quiet street close to all the amenities!

Our family of 5 spent a week at the villa and it was spectacular. Bike rides to the beach (lots of toys in the garage for use!), splashing & floating around in the pool, afternoon naps in cozy beds and big dining spaces allowed for the perfect gathering spot. If we weren't moving to the location already, we'd be clamoring to come back again and again.

We didn't want to leave!

We and our two friends stayed for two weeks at the end of June and absolutely loved everything about the Villa and Fort Myers Beach. The Villa is situated mid island which we felt was the best area, lovely quiet road and a fantastic outlook, short walk to the beach or 5 minutes in the car to the Outrigger Beach Hotel where the beach is exceptionally wide and we used to hire Cabanas, they also have a nice Tiki bar right on the beach. Beautiful well kept gardens and we liked the fact that the pool was open rather than covered with netting and on one magical occasion whilst sitting at the end of the boat dock my wife and I watched as a large Manatee glided up to us, poked his nose out of the water, snorted and looked at us. That was a bonus on top of all the other wildlife we witnessed. The Villa is high quality and very tastefully decorated by someone with a good eye, well equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. We ate out most nights and found plenty of quality restaurants. A visit to nearby Mound House to find out about the original native Americans was particularly interesting. Great Publix supermarket just around the corner and our friend John cycled early most mornings to the pier to do some fishing. Wilma and Manfred were great hosts and always available to contact, this was particularly helpful as we needed to reboot the router after an electrical storm in order to watch the England game on our first morning! " Das Beste, was uns je passiert ist "

Fleischmanns Villa ist wirklich das Beste, was wir je an Ferienunterkünften gemietet haben und das waren schon viele weltweit. Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal, wenn auch in anderer Konstellation, hier in Fort Myers Beach und haben uns wieder mega wohl gefühlt. Was gibt es Schöneres als morgens mit einer Tasse Kaffee am Deck zu sitzen mit Blick aufs Wasser und Sonnenaufgang. Die Villa Bayside ist der absolute Wohlfühl- und Sehnsuchtsort für uns geworden: alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um es sich gut gehen zu lassen, sowohl im Haus als auch draußen. Der Clou: die neue Gartendusche. Mal eben abends mit dem Rad zum Strand, dort spazieren gehen, den Sonnenuntergang genießen und mit Glück Delfine beobachten. Manfred und Wilma sind immer zur Stelle, sollte sich mal eine Frage ergeben. Sie kümmern sich prompt um alle Belange. Danke, dass ihr dieses Traumdomizil mit uns teilt.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstrasse die nur von den wenigen Anliegern genutzt wird. Der Masterschlafbereich mit Bad und Ankleidezimmer befindet sich im oberen Geschoss, dieses wurde nachträglich erweitert und hat deshalb eine "modernere" Ausstattung (Bad ist sehr hell mit 3 Fenstern, davon 2 Dachfenster). Nach dem Hauseintritt wird durch den Blick auf den Außenbereich (Pool und Palmen) ein "wow" Gefühl erreicht. Die untere Etage ist mit vielen Details ausgestattet, man merkt hier das die Eigentümer das Haus für die eigenen Bedürfnisse ausgestattet haben. Die umfangreiche Ausstattung der schönen Küche mit tw. hochwertigen Geräten und auch die vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten zeigen das man sich hier sehr wohlfühlt. Die 2 unteren Badezimmer haben leider keine Fenster, die eigentliche Raumgröße ist als ausreichend zu bewerten. Gemütlich ist das Wohnzimmer mit Büro, hier sind viele Fenster, auch Bodentiefe vorhanden, den Blick nach "draußen" kann ich einfach nur mit sehr schön bewerten. Beeindruckend ist auch der Blick vom Balkon auf den Kanal mit angrenzenden Golfzugang. Man merkt, das die Eigentümer viel Wert auf einen angelegten Garten legen, für "Florida Verhältnisse" ist dieser Bereich top angelegt. Die Bootsanlegestelle hat einen ausreichend großen Bereich auf dem sich 2 massive Holzstühle mit Fussbänken befinden. Hier haben wir gerne gesessen und den Blick auf den Kanalausgang genossen, egal zu welcher Tageszeit. Beeindruckend war das Erlebniss, das am letzten Abend 2 Delfine direkt am Steg geschwommen sind, diese Eindrücke werden wir immer in unserer Erinnerung behalten. In der Garage befinden sich mehrere Fahrräder die sich hervorragend zum kurzen Strandweg nutzen lassen. Auch der kurze Weg zum Einkaufen im Supermarkt lässt sich damit durchführen. Zusätzlich zur Garage hat das Haus vor dem Eingangsbereich auch noch einen Fahrzeugunterstand. Intelligent ist die Nutzung des Hauseinganges, der Garage und sogar des Fahrradschlosses mit der gleichen Nummer, auch hier zeigt sich, das die Eigentümer viel Wert auf Details gelegt haben. Zusammengefasst hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub an dem dieses Haus einen großen Einfluss hatte.

Absolut fantastisch!!!!

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Alle Fragen wurden innert kürzester Zeit zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Was uns nach unserer Ankunft vor allem aufgefallen ist, war die unglaubliche Sauberkeit. Das haben wir in all den Jahren noch nie erlebt! Kein Staub, kein Dreck, kein Kalk, flauschige Badetücher!!! Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet, es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Was mich besonders freute war, dass ich das angefangene Buch, welches ich in der "Bibliothek" des Hauses auslieh mitnehmen durfte, da ich dieses in der Zeit nicht fertig gelesen hatte. Ich empfehle ALLEN dieses Haus zu mieten. Es war fantastisch!!!

Traumhaft

Dieses Haus bietet einfach alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Es ist unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Fürs Kochen und Grillen sind alle Utensilien vorhanden und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Betten/ Matratzen und Bäder sind ebenfalls alle perfekt ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt nichts wirklich gar nichts zu beanstanden. Sowohl die Vermieter in Deutschland als auch der Verwalter Vorort waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wünschen allen die dieses Haus buchen ebenfalls einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt und bedanken uns für einen fantastischen Urlaub!

Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus, perfekt für eine Familie mit grösseren Kindern. Die drei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und die offene, grosse, perfekt ausgestattete Küche haben alle begeistert! Das Wohnzimmer, eingeteilt in Ess-, Chill- und Billiardbereich sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Pool und Garten sind eine tolle Ruheoase und sehr gepflegt, mit allem, was man braucht! Mit den sehr netten Vermietern hatten wir vorher Mail- und Telefonkontakt und wir bekamen auch viele Infos über die Gegend, die sehr nützlich waren.

Beautiful home

Its only our 2nd day here, I absolutely love this house, we have been in SW Florida for 2months already but this house is so gorgeous and clean and has everything you need,,,If you are considering coming to Fort Myers Beach, this house is a must, only 5 minutes walk to the beach and such lovely gardens to sit and relax in. The sun loungers are the comfiest we have been on,,,just everything is spot on...Used the BBQ tonight - our chicken was great,,,as expected or was it the cook??? Anyway, 5 stars all the way for this place, love it. Clare and Chris, North Lincs, UK

Traumhaus in Strandnähe

Wir reisen nun schon seit über 20 Jahren nach Florida, waren jedoch bis vor 3 Jahren nur in Hotels. Jetzt sind wir im Frühling bereits das dritte mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus an ausgezeichneter Lage gewesen. Wir haben das Haus im nächsten Frühling bereits wieder reserviert. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es ist einfach alles vorhanden. Auch zu Christian (Hausverwalter vor Ort) haben wir inzwischen einen netten und herzlichen Kontakt aufgebaut. Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Familie Mike + Francoise U.

Villa Bayside-Beach vom 25.08.2012 bis 08.09.2012

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Fort Myers Beach und in diesem Haus verbracht. Die ersten Tage waren durch Tropensturm Isaak etwas eingeschränkt, aber wir konnten die Zeit ohne Probleme im Haus verbringen und haben das schlechte Wetter zum shoppen genutzt. Wir wurden sehr gut vom Hausverwalter betreut. Er war immer mit Rat & Tat zur Stelle. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer sehr nett. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder. Viele Grüße

Super Haus in toller Lage

2 Wochen in diesem Traumhaus und wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Es war alles perfekt und noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Das Haus ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es ist einfach alles vorhanden. Vielen Dank an Christian für den netten Kontakt vor Ort. Wenn wir nochmal nach Florida fliegen sollten, kommt für uns nur die Villa Bayside-Beach in Frage. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter für die tollen Tips und den netten Kontakt. Wir haben uns in Ihrem Haus rundum wohl gefühlt.

We, Wilma - born 1958 in Amsterdam - and Manfred - born 1951 in Vienna - have two grown up sons and live close to Frankfurt am Main.
Shortly before our elderly son joined school in1992, we spent our first holiday in Florida. At that time it was a short round trip with a beach holiday in Fort Myers planned for the last days. Actually it was coincidence that we came here since the Pink Shell Hotel was just recommended to us.
Thereafter we were planning almost every vacation in the Pink Shell Resort. It somehow felt like a second home to us: the best combination of picturesque landscape, shopping possibilities as well as good infrastructure.

“There´s nothing better, than spending a day at Fort Myers Beach'.
We never thought of looking for some holiday house in Cape Coral for instance, though less expensive, since we preferred a location close to the beach; some day we´d like to own a nice little boat as well...
After some long time of searching, we finally found this property which comes very close to our perfect picture.
Sometime we grab our bikes, going to observe a wonderful sunset at the beach.
