The cottage is located on a cul-de-sac on the far right in the hillside settlement of Radslav, an idyllic weekend/holiday home settlement belonging to the village of Cerna v Posumavi. It is situated in an elevated position, approx. 150 metres above the Lipno reservoir, with a magnificent view of a vast expanse of water, and the beautiful sandy beach is located a maximum of 400 metres from the house, is within even shorter walking distance and is also ideal for the little ones, as the shore area is shallow
May I present to you our charming little house,... an oasis of rest and relaxation, ~ 150 metres from the Lipno or Vltava reservoir. This jewel is in a fantastic location on the edge of Radslav, a beautifully situated settlement on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the lake. The house itself is 77 m2 in size and comprises a spacious entrance area, a large, bright and very inviting lounge, a WC, a small bathroom with shower and 2 sunny attic bedrooms on the upper floor, the first of which is a connecting room. It should be noted that the bedrooms are no space miracles. The terrace adjoining the living area offers a further 18 m2 of space. In addition to a cloakroom, the entrance area also offers sufficient storage space for all your luggage. The cosy living area was completely refurnished and equipped in autumn 2020 after we purchased the cottage in 2019. This room includes a practical kitchen with a 4-burner gas hob with oven, dishwasher, fridge, filter coffee machine, kettle and all useful utensils, a large table, 2 fabric-covered benches, 3 comfortable, modern chairs and a reading corner with a stylish armchair and floor lamp, a cosy, homely and spacious living room suite, coffee table and satellite TV. The wood-burning stove in the centre of the room (note: wood is provided to you for the first day, if you need more, the tenant is responsible for obtaining it - this is the general custom in this region) with its stone-clad fireplace is the eye-catcher par excellence and, along with the tram beams, contributes to a very special ambience in this room. A small, bright and friendly bathroom with shower and outside window, as well as a nice WC complete the rooms on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are 2 sunny, light-flooded attic bedrooms, equipped with 1 double bed, 2 single beds (80 cm each), which can also be pushed together if desired, various lighting and chests of drawers. On the upper floor, all windows are fitted with pleated blinds to prevent excessive heating due to sunlight and to guarantee darkening at night.
The lake-facing windows, most of which are fitted with insect screens, offer you a breathtaking view of a large area of the lake and the surrounding natural environment. On the terrace, too, this view seems almost limitless and you can feel the freedom and light-heartedness up close, with an open fire pit at the rear of the property, which invites you to barbecue sausages, stick bread, marshmallows, etc.... Just a few metres from the front door is a cosy spot, a platform with a wooden seating set complete with parasol and high-quality kettle barbecue. A further addition to the outdoor facilities is the new Hollywood swing, which will be available from spring 2023 and from which you will again have a stunning view of the lake. There is also a 4-piece mosaic seating area and 2 comfortable and easily transportable loungers. You can place these wherever you like in a cosy, sunny or shady spot that you are sure to find around the house. A stand-up paddle board also enriches the inventory, shortens your time on the water and increases the fun factor enormously. And... so that you don't have to constantly carry it to the water and back to the house, it is stored directly on the beautiful sandy beach in a compartment belonging to us, called the "boathouse". From there it is only a few metres to the water. An absolute sensation!
The complete satisfaction of our guests continues to be our greatest concern and we operate the rental with great commitment and cordiality. The nearby shore area, which could not be more natural, is just 150 metres away. The marvellous sandy beach, which is almost unique in this region, is around 400 m away. The nearest restaurants are only around 100 m away, with others 1 km, 1.5 km and 4 km away in the village of Cerna v Posumavi. In the summer months, Cerna v Posumavi also has a funfair, an open-air cinema, a petting zoo, a minigolf course and a high ropes course. You can also hire bicycles there and anglers can stock up on various items, while water sports (stand-up paddle board, canoeing, sailing, surfing) are available 3 km away.
