Shortly after the entrance to Laax-Dorf (coming from Chur) on the right-hand side of the road is the Riva house. An apartment block with a sports shop (Menzlisport) on the ground floor. The flat (on the south side on the ground floor, on the north side on the second floor) with a view of the small lake was newly renovated in 2021.
Parking spaces in front of the house, post bus, Weisse Arena shuttle, grocery shops and doctor's surgery within a minute's walk, about 1 km to the valley station of the Weisse Arena, heated ski and boot cupboard, terrace facing west and north.
3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 beds and one with a pull-out bed. 2 large bathrooms, each with a double washbasin, a shower and a bathtub, 1 wardrobe and storage room, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer in the flat, open-plan, spacious living, dining and kitchen area.
Modern equipped kitchen with induction cooker, oven, combi steamer, dishwasher, small Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue set and all cooking utensils and crockery for daily use.
There is a TV in the living area and the flat is also equipped with its own free broadband internet connection (WiFi/WLAN).
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the flat.
Car park, garage and tourist tax included in the total price.
