It is located in the residential part of Split- 20 minutes by foot from the city center and the town's beaches. A few minutes away is the large shopping center, restaurants, cafes and markets. That part of the city is one of the favorite for the local population.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and two garden loungers. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children.
The apartment has 2 large rooms (north side), large living room and large kitchen with dining room (south side). The apartment has a large balcony (south) with seating furniture. North-South is the ideal position of the apartment.
The beach is about 2 km away. The beach is accessible via a ramp so that, e.g. prams and handcarts can be taken along. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 3km away.
