A recently built detached house on the ground floor; it is surrounded by greenery in a fenced-in plot of land extending just over 1000 metres, where a large garden with fruit trees and ornamental plants, the proximity to the sea, tourist-sports centres and the town centre make for an enchanting stay.
It is entirely surrounded by a high fence, the porch is furnished with table and chairs, the barbecue is masonry, and guests are free to pick fruit from the garden.
It can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of two bedrooms, a living-bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a porch for outdoor dining and living, 2 outdoor showers, an outdoor kitchenette and barbecue, a laundry room with washing machine, a 600 sq m garden, and a parking space. The house is equipped with air conditioning.
Within a radius of 100/500 metres, and therefore within easy walking distance, you can find a low cliff with a small sandy inlet, sports centres, water playground, swimming pools, restaurants, pizzerias, wine cellar with wine-bar, supermarket; within 5 minutes by car you can reach wide beaches with pinewoods or the centre of Gallipoli, and the nearby motorway allows you to reach any destination easily and quickly.
Guests are offered and suggested tourist, cultural, food-and-wine and trekking itineraries with maps and documentation; mountain bike excursions; typical and fashionable places; restaurants and trattorias; car, scooter and boat hire.
