Two storey house with private outdoor pool and heated indoor pool, large lawned area with orange and fruit orchard, easy access to the village of AlcaucĂn.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, carom table, heated indoor pool, two sofas, game table and a large dining table next to the kitchen, the house has a wine cellar and lift. On the same floor there is a large porch overlooking the garden with beautiful views.
On the same floor there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a toilet in the living room. Next to the outdoor swimming pool there are sunbeds, barbecue area and tables for outdoor living.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with twin beds, living room, bathroom and toilet. There is also a terrace with views of the lake.
The house is well equipped for large families or gatherings of friends. Barbecue, perolas,
paella pans and rosco, as well as everything you need for a few days of rest or long stays.
Equipped with seasonal bed linen (sheets of different fabrics in summer and winter), towels, table linen, tea towels, etc.
Ironing board and iron.
Change of linen on request and with charge.
Firewood service (for a fee), heating and air conditioning.
