Casa SĂ No SĂ" knows exactly what it wants to offer you: wonderful holidays near the old town of Denia, the sea and also the MontgĂł Nature Park.
The house is equipped with everything your heart could desire: a large pool, a spacious garden, an outdoor kitchen with a covered dining area, a small east-facing terrace for breakfast and a covered terrace with views over the property, the pool and the town.
Upstairs is the large kitchen along with living and dining room and two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for 8 people and the large living room invites you to linger on cooler days. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and the second has a bathroom with shower next door. All beds are double beds of 1.80m x 2.00m each.
The downstairs apartment, which is better described as a granny flat, also has two bedrooms (one with aircon) and two bathrooms. Here, too, there are only king-size beds measuring 1.80m x 2.00m. The kitchen is also fully equipped and there is also a washing machine in an adjoining room. The living room is also equipped with air conditioning, which is sufficient to cool the area of the front bedroom.
Up to two cars can be parked on the property; however, additional vehicles can be parked on the street.
The house also has central air conditioning and -for the cooler winter days- gas heating in the upper floor. There are two split units in the basement.
The rental price includes an electricity consumption according to rental contract. An additional consumption will be billed separately.
A security deposit will be charged prior to arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of departure if no damages have been made.
There is a cleaning fee, which is not included in the rental price. The laundry costs for bed linen/towels are listed separately when booking.
From the 1 July until 31 August the arrivals and departures can only be realized on a Saturday.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings made at least 7 days before arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years.
