General
The 67 sqm 2-room apartment (non-smoking) is located on the ground floor of a building renovated in 2022 and offers space for two adults and two children. Adjacent to the living area is the associated terrace with garden furniture. In front of the building there are parking spaces for your car.
Living area
The spacious living and dining area is equipped with a sofa and a dining table (140 cm x 90 cm). For a cozy TV evening, a 50" TV with cable connection is ready for you. You can also use your Netflix account on it. Of course, we provide you with a fast, wireless internet access in the entire apartment free of charge.
Sleeping area
You will sleep in a separate bedroom in a high-quality box-spring bed (160 cm x 200 cm), for which we will provide you with bed linen. In the same room you can accommodate up to two children in a bunk bed (90 cm x 200 cm). For a well-rested sleep, you also have the option to darken the windows with plissés. In addition, a clothes rail and other storage options provide space for your luggage.
Kitchen
In the open kitchen you will find a hob with four stoves, an oven, a fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. The carefully selected kitchen utensils will help you cook and enjoy. Our basic equipment also includes salt, pepper and sugar. In addition, a toaster is available for your breakfast, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle for making coffee and tea.
Bathroom
The modern bathroom with underfloor heating and large shower has a towel radiator and plenty of storage space for your personal cosmetic products. Towels, a hairdryer and body care products are provided by us.
Other equipment
In the entrance area of the apartment there is a coat rack. Within the building complex you will find a washing machine with detergent and a dryer. You can use these for a fee of âŹ2.50 per wash or dry. The payment and reservation of the machines is uncomplicated via the app "WeWash". A laundry rack, an iron, an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner are available for your use in the laundry room.
Location
Our apartment house "Stade â Schwingewiesen" is quietly located on the edge of a protected landscape area. This is only about 600 m away from the old town of Stade, which can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot. The train station is also only 700 m away.
Check-in & check-out
You can arrive from 3 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 10 am. If these times are not convenient for you, please ask us before your arrival. Access to the apartment is contactless via a pin code, so you can flexibly arrange your arrival time. You will receive the necessary information in time before your arrival.

Our apartment house âStade â Schwingewiesenâ is located on the edge of the âSchwingewiesenâ nature reserve, in a quiet location at the end of a dead-end street with a view into the greenery. This location offers a secluded retreat into nature while at the same time being very accessible to the city center. The cozy old town with many small cafes, restaurants and owner-operated stores, all of which you can reach on foot within 7 minutes (about 600 m), invites you to stroll and linger.
Additionally, Stade offers numerous bicycle and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, which showcase the Alte Land with its thatched old farmhouses, the Elbe river and the dike area. With its very good public transportation connections, Stade is also an optimal starting point for day trips to Hamburg (Elbphilharmonie, Reeperbahn), Cuxhaven (North Sea), Buxtehude (picturesque old town) or the Alte Land (apple blossom, various farm stores).
The nearest large supermarket is located at about 550 m (about 7 minutes walk) from our apartments. An organic food store, a drugstore, a pharmacy, a butcher, a health food store as well as various bakers and banks are also all less than 600 m (about 7 minutes walk) from our location. The popular restaurant "Die Insel" and the open-air museum Stade can be reached via a 200 m walkway.
Stade is directly connected to both the A26 freeway and the federal highway B73 and is therefore very easy to reach by car from Hamburg as well as from Cuxhaven. Sufficient parking spaces are located on our property directly in front of the front door. If you arrive by train, you can reach our apartments from the train station in Stade in about 8 minutes (700 m) on foot.

Our seven apartments at our site âStade â Schwingewiesenâ are located in an apartment building which has been completely renovated in 2022. With sizes between 37 sqm and 67 sqm, the apartments each offer sufficient space for two people. Within the apartment house, a washing machine and dryer are available for use in a common room.
Six of the apartments have a modernly furnished combined living/dining and sleeping area with a sofa corner with sideboard and cable TV, a dining table and a double bed. In the largest apartment, there is a separate bedroom with a double bed. A small highlight that almost all of our apartments have: spacious terraces with a view of the greenery. Each apartment also has a modern bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and towel radiator. The kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, an oven as well as a stove and various kitchen utensils, completes your temporary home. A fast Wi-Fi access, towels and bed linen as well as all utilities are included in our accommodation prices.
