The ground floor is ideally extended outside by two terracotta terraces, equipped with long brick benches. The cypress terrace is equipped with a wood-burning oven.
The ground floor is completely dedicated to the living area, organised around a spacious kitchen in Carrara marble and a living room with a large fireplace. On the upper floor, the sleeping area is divided into two double bedrooms and a twin room. There are also two independent bathrooms equipped with showers and an original masonry bathtub. A third bathroom in the basement is dedicated to guests.
