The house is located on the edge of the Aschberg in Klingenthal.
Large garden with terrace and wonderful views. Wallbox for charging electric cars available.
The long history of the house can be found in the preserved elements inside. These are complemented by modern accents. Enjoy a spacious modern kitchen, dine at a large rustic table and end the day in front of the stove on the rocking chair or on the living area in front of the 55-inch LED TV. On the 3000mÂČ property you can experience the nature of the Vogtland with a breathtaking view of the valley and the children have space to play.
The Vogtland Arena is 2.5 km away. From the house you can reach a variety of hiking trails as well as ski slopes and cross-country ski trails in winter. The spa towns of Marienbad, Karlsbad, Bad Elster and Bad Brandbach can also be reached quickly by car. The MĂŒhlleithen ski station with its summer toboggan run is just a few minutes' walk away. The leisure park Plohn can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. The house is the starting point for a variety of nature activities. Directly behind the property you will find the entrance to the Vogtland Panorama hiking trail. In winter the famous Kammloipe is about 2000m away.
