The 2 bedrooms with double beds are on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with open-plan living room, dining table with corner bench and a conservatory with sofa. There is a television in both the conservatory and the living room. There is also a shower and a separate WC on the ground floor. A wood-burning stove on the ground floor provides cosiness. Night storage heating is available throughout the house. A washing machine and tumble dryer round off this comfortable accommodation. In summer, garden furniture and a barbecue are available. The valley station of the Hochalmbahn cable car is approx. 2.5 km away. The ski bus stop is approx. 50 m. Bed linen is provided. The centre of Rauris can be reached in a few minutes (approx. 3 km) by car. The house is located between Rauris and Rauris Wörth in a side street in a quiet neighbourhood. Hot water is supplied by a 120 litre boiler.
