The ground floor connects to two separate staircases leading to the upper floor bedrooms. The upper floor is divided into two separate areas, each with its own staircase. There is no shared hallway. Each staircase leads to a private bedroom, each with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony. This layout ensures complete privacy, as each guest accesses their room by a different staircase and enjoys their own bathroom and balcony, with no need to share resting areas.



The property offers free internet, a washing machine, TV, and air conditioning in both bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped for short or medium stays. You can use the fenced communal pool in the complex, which has an outdoor shower inside the grounds.
