All rooms are conveniently situated on the ground floor, making the house easily accessible for everyone.The bright and cozy living area features a comfortable corner sofa and a smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. The open-plan layout connects the sitting area to a large round dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, which includes an oven, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, a filter coffee machine, and a Nespresso machine.There are two bedrooms: one with a double box spring bed (160x200 cm), and another with two single box springs (90x200 cm). Blackout curtains and high-quality beds guarantee a restful night’s sleep. Families with young children will appreciate the inclusion of a baby cot (60x120 cm) and a high chair.The modern bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, double washbasin, towel radiator, and a washing machine. A separate guest toilet adds extra convenience.From the living area, patio doors lead to a lush garden with a generous lawn, surrounded by trees and shrubs that create a peaceful, green oasis. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, lounge chairs, a dining table, and a large parasol. You’ll also find beach games and outdoor toys stored in the shed.The property offers parking for two cars and a lockable bicycle shed. One pet is welcome to join your holiday.

Discover Middelburg’s historic charm with its canals, monumental buildings, and the iconic Lange Jan tower offering breathtaking views.In Vlissingen, soak up the maritime vibe along the Netherlands’ longest boulevard, where ships glide past just offshore. Arrivals are permitted daily, except on Sundays. During holiday periods, only weekly rentals are available.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is available from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., after which the key must be returned to the location where it was originally collected.Baby cots, if available, do not include bed linen. Please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. Your booking confirmation will indicate whether they are included.Overnight guests must be registered and approved in advance. There will be a charge for bed linen and tourist tax for these guests.Only one dog is allowed at this accommodation, with no exceptions. Please inquire about this option. As the owner, you are responsible for your dog and must ensure that it does not disturb other guests or neighbors.Youth groups are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.
